HELP!!

As our league continues to grow so does the need for volunteers!  Many hands do make light work!  Here are some ways for you to get involved.  If you are interested in any of these opportunities, please contact Ken Garling at kengar1@hotmail.com

• Line the Fields – 2 to 3 soccer parents to line the fields on Friday evenings or Saturday mornings & put up and take down U-08 & U-10 goals on Saturday!
• Equipment Coordinator – Inventory SJS Equipment.  Sign out equipment to coaches; help new coaches locate age appropriate equipment.
• Public Relations – Work with Age Group Coordinators to be sure current team standings are printed in local paper.  Submit ads to local paper regarding registration Fall/Spring.  Be sure Game Schedules are printed weekly in the local paper. 
• Referee Coordinator – Recruit referees, schedule referees to cover games played in Sequim.  With board assistance facilitate at least 1 Referee training prior to each season.  Submit paperwork to SJS Treasurer to ensure proper payment to referees.  Attend SJS Board meetings.
• Age Group Coordinators – field questions from coaches in your age group re: practice fields location & times, assist with distribution of equipment, report issues to board on behalf of your coaches.  Along with the other coaches over see the division of players to be sure teams are balanced and fair.
